Shocking news for AS Roma fans come from the Netherlands with newspaper Algemeen Dablag claiming that Serie A champions are prepared to activate Kevin Strootman’s release clause and bring him to Turin.
Giallorossi midfielder has a €45 million release clause which Juventus are reportedly prepared to invest in the 27-year-old defensive midfielder who is said to have lost his place in the team following a string of high-profile summer arrivals at AS Roma.
Kevin Strootman has been with AS Roma since his 2013 move from PSV.
The Netherlands international struggled with injuries during his time in Rome amassing only 68 Serie A appearance during the last four years.
He also added nine goals for Giallorossi.
